Keep your core alive
Rotbone is the clearest common thread across all four creators’ principal approaches.
Chaos team cores, flex characters, and power-up priorities to help your roster survive the Biovore Incursion.
Research updated:
Build for the whole run.
There is no single mandatory Biovore team. Build around roster preservation: use summons to take the hits, Rotbone to sustain your important characters, and a small core that fits the Chaos roster you already have.
Rotbone is the clearest common thread across all four creators’ principal approaches.
Losing a disposable body protects the valuable characters you need in later fights.
Summons, durable melee, and concentrated investment all have documented examples.
Start with the path that fits your account, build around its core heroes, then use flex slots to adapt it.
Build around your summoning engine.
Rotbone + Abraxas + Yazaghor
Ahriman and Archimatos complete Caoryn’s demonstrated five. Maladus or Wrask can bridge toward the sustain and shielding approaches shown below.
Disposable bodies. A preserved roster.
Create summons with Abraxas, use Yazaghor to reposition him and extend the summoning engine, and let those disposable bodies absorb attacks. Rotbone keeps the actual roster in play. Start with this core, then shape the remaining slots around your account.
A durable frontline with room for your strongest partners.
Rotbone + Maladus + Khârn
Abaddon, Corrodius, Pestillian, and Wrask are possible partners; choose the melee damage and support your roster can already supply.
Hold the frontline. Keep it fighting.
Build around Khârn’s melee damage, Rotbone’s healing, and Maladus’s durable frontline. Use the remaining two slots for compatible damage and support from your existing Chaos roster.
Painhawk demonstrates Wrask alongside this trio in one finale, not throughout a full run.
A bridge between sustain and summons.
Rotbone + Maladus + Abraxas + Archimatos
Wrask adds shielding and is the regular fifth in cpunerd’s Tier 12 approach.
Survive, summon, shield.
Combine Rotbone’s healing, Maladus’s resilience, Abraxas and Archimatos summons, and Wrask’s shields. Make Havocs part of the route. Concentrate upgrades in the main team while using situational, inexpensive characters to support or soften particular fights.
“Lower Investment” describes the documented approach to concentrating resources. It does not establish the cheapest possible clear or minimum ranks, XP, or ability levels.
Choose power-ups to support your team and route. The reviewed approaches do not establish one universal pick order.
Lifesteal + Extra Hits
Caoryn gives Yazaghor Lifesteal and later Extra Hits at Tier 10. At Tier 13 he uses Extra Hits on Archimatos and Yazaghor. He deliberately avoids Havocs in these runs.

Ouchkabibbles credits Extra Hits on Maladus and two Havocs. These are publisher descriptions of that approach; they do not establish the pick sequence for every melee team.

Havocs are central to cpunerd’s routes. The partial Tier 10 guide takes Regeneration and Havocs; the Tier 12 finale has three Havocs and Extra Hits on Archimatos.

Let disposable bodies absorb enemy pressure wherever the fight allows it.
A character used to soften one fight is not automatically an investment target.
Pick the path closest to your existing Chaos strengths; flex slots are choices, not a shopping list.
Caoryn’s Mythic guide retreats and shields the roster with summons. Even that team has narrow survivals.
Havocs, Extra Hits, and sustain choices are part of the build, not incidental bonuses.

4 creators 40 uploads
The September 2026 review covers 40 Biovore uploads from four distinct creators. Agreement is assessed by creator, not by upload count: cpunerd’s 23 videos remain one creator’s evidence.
Tier 10 · Tier 13
Supports: Summoner
Abraxas, Yazaghor, Ahriman, Archimatos, and Rotbone appear in all 30 reviewed result panels across two guides.
Both cover all 15 numbered battles using edited or re-recorded branches. They are not uninterrupted, flawless runs.
Rare · T10 · T12 · T13 · T14
Supports: Lower Investment + Melee / Sustain
The lower-investment guides build around Rotbone, Maladus, Abraxas, and Archimatos, with Wrask regular at Tier 12. The 20 Mythic clips use Khârn, Maladus, Rotbone, and Abaddon as the principal four.
Tier 13 covers 11 numbered positions; Tier 14 covers nine. Rare and Tier 12 show selected routes. The Tier 10 upload ends during battle 9; the Rare finale has no held final Victory panel. Some Mythic clips expose staging interfaces, so their investments are not one live-account progression record.
Tier 13
Supports: Melee / Sustain
Khârn, Maladus, and Rotbone appear in all 14 clips. Corrodius appears in 13, Pestillian in 11, with Abraxas and Abaddon rotating into some fights.
Battle 3 is missing. Extra Hits on Maladus and two Havocs are publisher-attributed where the selection footage was not retained.
Mythic · battle 15
Supports: Melee / Sustain with summons + shields
The finale shows Khârn, Maladus, Rotbone, Abraxas, and Wrask: a hybrid of durable melee, healing, summons, and shielding.
One finale establishes a demonstrated team, not whole-run persistence. The numbered Mythic tier and preceding power-up route are not established.
This is a bounded creator review, using source-specific visual sampling and available transcripts, not continuous viewing of every minute or a controlled cost comparison. The reviewed uploads span December 2025–July 2026. Observed ranks, XP levels, and creator-stated restrictions describe demonstrations; none establishes a minimum requirement or guaranteed clear.
